Frances Martin

Research Interests: 20th Century U.S. Foreign relations, U.S.-Vietnamese relations after 1975, nationalism, refugees, and human rights

Bio: Frances Martin received her B.A. and M.A. in history at Texas Tech University. She also worked at the Vietnam Center and Archive at Texas Tech University as an undergraduate where she discovered her thesis topic while scanning the Families of Vietnamese Political Prisoners Association collection for the digital archive.
